Do you have other stonework designs?
Yes, we do lots of custom work. Feel free to email or call us
with any request. We often have customers send pics of stonework
ideas they've seen somewhere to help create a totally custom suit.

Do you have any suits without stonework?
Yes, only two piece suits.
How long does it take to make your suits?
Currently processing times are:
Regular, 8 to 9 weeks, plus ship time.
Rush, 4 to 5 weeks, plus ship time.
(processing time changes during seasons)

What are my target measurements?
Your trainer will be able to help you with target measurements and
weight. As a general rule, your hips and waist will drop at least
an inch if you plan to loose 10 or more pounds. If you need further
assistance, you can always email us photos along with current weight
and target weight. Feel free to email or call us for advice.
How do I measure my torso? (Click
here for PHOTO)
To measure your torso loop, start at your collar bone
bring the tape down your back, then between your legs, and back up
your front (across your breast) to the starting position. Make sure
you stand up nice and straight too.
Average torso loop is around 59 inches.
To measure your torso front, start at your bust line
(sternum indentation between your breast) down to the center of your
crotch were the seam of your pants would be. Sorry to be blunt.
Average torso front is around 19 inches.
What is your return policy?
All of our Figure/Posing suits are custom made for you to your measurements,
therefore we cannot accept any exchanges or returns. Please keep
this in mind when making your purchase.
Can I send photos of myself to help with sizing?
Yes, this is great if you have any special areas of concern like
torso length, hips, bust and so on. Try to send 3 current photos if

How long does it take for shipping?
Standard shipping time is 2 to 5 business days within the US
and 3
to 7 business days for Canada and other countries.
How do I check the status of my order?
Please email us with
your order number and or first and last name, once processing begins
it takes time to find your order, so email is best.
Do you have padded tops?
Yes, we do have light padding, Triangle Shaper Plus.
How do I tie the top to the bottom for the two-piece
suits?
The bottom of our two-piece suits have small hook on the inside
waistband for you to tie the strings to.
The strings are extra long. It's best to have someone help you this
way you can hold the top (cups) in place. First tie the neck strap
then cross the bottom strings to create an X at your lower back. Next
feed the strings through the little hooks on the inside of the waistband,
pull fairly tight keeping top in place and the sides of the bottom
nice an high on the hips. Once the top is lined up nicely, tie into
a knot, leave a couple inches of extra string and cut the rest off,
then tuck the excess strings into the bottom. The neck strings are
extra long too, feel free to cut them shorter so they are not a distraction.
How do I straighten my 2pc suit if the top is sewn to the bottom?
Lay the suit flat on a counter or table, BOTTOM FACE UP.
The TOP FACE DOWN with LEFT strap straight (not twisted).
The RIGHT strap should have one twist to it.
Turn the top over, turn the TWISTED (right) side
toward the STRAIGHT (left) side so it will be FACE UP.
Now
the suit will be lined up properly. Hold the top in front of the bottom
and step into both (top and bottom) together.
Are your suits lined?
Yes, all of our posing/figure suits have lining in them.
Care Instructions

Wash your suit with a mild soap and then rinse
it in fresh water after use. Hang to dry inside or in shade.

Wash your suits separately until any excess dye
washes out.

Most suits will bleed a little the first few washings.
This is normal, the bleeding will stop.

Do not line dry your suit in the sun, hang it to
dry in the shade.

Use extra caution with holographic and metallic
fabrics, they are very delicate. The metallic will eventually wear
off. These suits are for show only. Avoid hot tubs, Jacuzzis, and
highly chlorinated pools. Wash in cold water only.

Never: bleach your suit, put it in the dryer, iron
it, or wash it with whites.
